Ginger-Glazed Carrots

Very simple and tasty!

Serves: 4


Boil in small amount of water:
8 small carrots (or equivalent carrot sticks)

When almost tender, drain well (you can reserve the liquid for soup maing)

Heat in heavy skillet:

     1 1/2 T. margarine
     1/4 t. ground ginger
     1 T. honey or sugar

Add carrots and stir carefully to coat.  Cook over low heat until glazed, turning frequently.
